For an international client we have driven the work with establishing the model and processes for
how stakeholders together with Purchasing shall work together, who does what
and when. This work is based on standard processes and descriptions, slightly
modified to cater for the specific setup and legacy within the client’s
organizational structure.
Several improvement areas are identified and these are currently being addressed to
improve internal performance in all steps of the processes Strategic Sourcing,
Supplier & Contract Management, and Request to Pay (R2P).
