Our client found themselves in the position of either tendering for new services or to renegotiate current services for fixed, mobile and network access services.

 

By utilizing our market knowledge from similar assignments and general trends on the market we could assess whether or not to tender or to renegotiate.

 

It was decided to renegotiate at this point and the contract was improved and simplified along with the commitment of removing old legacy services no longer needed since they was being replaced with new services.

 

Client and we are happy at this successful renegotiation and implementation of the new contract and services. Sometimes TCO is not the main objective but successfully managed to deliver 30% in lowered costs.
