Our client in France was facing a new supplier who had performed well on all aspects
during a thorough RFP-process, but who then could not deliver on all sites as
agreed. What do you do then if you have gone for a single supplier approach and
internal processes and staffing have been optimized for one supplier?
Through many interactions with the supplier and the team in France we have together
been successful in implementing the new services on all sites apart from two
very small remote locations. On top of that it was decided to not move some key
employees to the new service to ensure an undisrupted client interface.
