With the following five steps, we reduce and optimize the external cost and provide your company with a tool-box in order to maintain the implemented ways of working to maintain the desired cost levels and improved relationships with key suppliers:

5 steps to sourcing waves:

1. External Cost Analysis – Conduct a
comprehensive analysis of current external costs
(including direct and indirect costs) – Assess how
external costs impact the organization’s financial
health – Identify areas with the highest cost
potential and savings opportunities.

2. Evaluate current supplier base (performance,
risks contract’s terms and conditions) –
Review
existing supplier contracts and the terms and
conditions – Identify opportunities for
renegotiation, cost reduction, cost avoidance
and/or volume discounts – Explore alternative
suppliers or sources to ensure competitiveness
and deliveries.

3. External Process Efficiency – Streamline strategies and targets
external processes (including the flows and tools)

Build-Operate-Transfer Services

Checker Consulting takes great pride in our experience as specialists in IT Outsourcing. As part of this, we also provide end-to-end outsourcing services for our Clients, where we are able to step in and manage an entire process or function for our Clients within the IT and Sourcing domain.

In the Build phase we set up the team and together with the Client define the deliverables, KPIs and objectives as well as the necessary processes and collaboration models to execute on the objectives.

During the Operate phase we deliver on said KPIs, fine tune and customize the operating models, help establishing a Client organization and start to initiate a handover and knowledge transfer to the new team.

As we gradually Transfer over to the Client organization, we are making sure that training, processes and operating models are well in place as we remain by the Client side for support and coaching of the Client team with maintained KPIs.

Usually, a BOT engagement takes from 18-24 months from start to finish but can vary in length depending on complexity and scope.
